The Tseqwtsúqum̓ mixed residential-commercial development located on an 2.15 ha (5.3 ac) parcel of land at the entrance to Whistler’s industrial core is reestablishing Líl̓wat Nation’s presence on its Traditional Territory in Whistler.
Construction begins in spring 2026. Ready for occupancy in fall 2027.
