Building Unity, Structuring Success
Líl̓wat Construction Enterprises (LCE) builds quality residential and commercial construction projects throughout Líl̓wat Nation’s Territory, on- and off-reserve in Pemberton and Whistler. In addition to its Construction Services, LCE manages two gravel pits, Concrete Services and the Pemberton Transfer Station.
To increase capacity for Nation citizens interested in careers in the building trades, LCE facilitates apprenticeships and provides job opportunities.
LCE is currently engaged in the building Tseqwtsúqum̓ at Function, a mixed residential/commercial development in Whistler with a focus on next-level staff housing. The construction arm of LBG is also involved in the planning for upcoming projects such as Pemberton Highway Yards, another mixed residential/commercial development and Líl̓wat Marketplace, a dynamic Lil̓wat7úl entrepreneurial project to be located between Líl̓wat Station and Ts̓zil Learning Centre.
